Location: the hotel was close enough to Quito, which is a good and safe place to stay as a tourist, Quito old town, and the historic centre, cafes, restaurants, bus station. The staff that checked us in was exceptionally nice. The rooms were decent sized and huge, we had a balcony looking over garden.

The rooms at San Marcos Cultural & Guesthouse are a good size and offer comfortable beds, as well as convenient amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. Private parking is available on site and the wifi is excellent.

Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city. the breakfast each morning was delicious and included a generous selection of fruits. we highly recommend Junin Colonial Guesthouse for a wonderful stay in this beautiful city.
